It has been confirmed that Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill will be reprising their roles as Batman and The Joker in Warner Bros. Animation's adaptation. Hamill has also unveiled a still from the animated movie, giving everyone their first official look at the project.
Hamill tweeted out the following image from the direct-to-video film, with the caption - lifted from Alan Moore's original script - THE "All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy...Just one bad day."
Hamill reposted the image two more times on his account, but with different quotes:
Along with Conroy and Hamill, "Batman: The Killing Joke" stars Tara Strong - also reprising her role from "Batman: The Animated Series" - as Barbara Gordon and Ray Wise ("Twin Peaks," "Agent Carter") as Commissioner Gordon.
Ahead of the film's summer release, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will host the world premiere this summer at Comic-Con International in San Diego.
