Time For Guys To Identify Themselves As Women For 2 Hours

Wonder Woman
When "Wonder Woman" flew into theaters last 2 June, it was the most anticipated movie of the summer (according to Fandango). The Gal Gadot-headlined origin story is looking like one of the season’s biggest hits.

To celebrate, the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin is going to hold two special screenings of the film for ladies only.

On 6 June 6 at both 7:00 P.M. and — newly announced! — 6:30 P.M., the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin will celebrate the big-budget spectacular in no-dudes-allowed fashion. As it says on its website:
"Apologies, gentlemen, but we’re embracing our girl power and saying 'No Guys Allowed' for one special night at the Alamo Ritz. And when we say 'Women (and People Who Identify As Women) Only,' we mean it. Everyone working at this screening — venue staff, projectionist, and culinary team — will be female."
This will be a blast for men out there who is looking for a room full of women. All they need to do is 'identify themselves as women' for a few hours. And if the staff will not let them in, they can charge them in court for discrimination and will be rewarded handsomely.

This early, some male online commenters have already responded to this announcement with absurd outrage at such a "sexist" plan, leaving lots of furious messages on the Alamo's Facebook page (the best of which have been compiled by Jason Bailey over at Flavorwire) and it compelled Alamo to try and appease the fans. They are currently in a rush trying to respond to all the comments.
