Silicon Valley's Dress Code

If you think that Silicon Valley engineers are not conscious about how they look, then think again. Those guys follow some sort of trend that they may or may not be aware of.

According to Wired, people living and working in Silicon Valley knows only three ways to dress: “not even trying,” “effortless cool,” and ” business casual.”

Throughout Silicon Valley, anyone will see it: t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. There’s no official dress code, but there is a “code.” However, not everyone follows the same “code”.

There are various sartorial gangs and tribes in Silicon Valley: engineers, user experience developers, and biz development processionals – and they’re all wearing their own suits of armor.
