This is a weird question, but should be asked. How many does it take to become a crowd, so that people won't feel uncomfortable doing something unusual?
Based on the video below, it appears three to five people apparently. However, only one is needed to start it all.
I found this video online and it was taken in 2009 during a musical festival. It featured a lone person dancing on a hill slope. Aside from the weird and twisted dance routine, nothing extraordinary, right? Well, that's what I think first until the action infected almost everyone in the crowd.
After the viral video was posted, it now garnered almost 10 million views. The 3-minute and 6-second clip of pure boogying coming from a festivalgoer who was grooving to the song "Unstoppable", performed by singer Santigold.
While everybody else in the clip were seen laying sprawled on the grass and bathing in the sun, this man, who seemed unstoppable himself, decided to get the party started.
His infectious dance got two followers to join him at first and then later almost everybody nearby to join him.
